These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your relationship with the operator of the online gambling services offered under the brand "Fun Casino" for the UK-facing project "Fun Casino" at funs.casino. They apply to all real-money gambling and related services made available to players located in Great Britain via funs.casino. By creating an account, depositing funds, or placing any bet, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Definitions
- Operator means L&L Europe Limited, Northfields App 7, Vjal Indipendenza, Mosta, MST9026, Malta, the owner and operator of Fun Casino and the Fun Casino service on funs.casino.
- Website means the online gambling platform and related pages accessible at https://funs.casino and any UK-specific sub-pages, including but not limited to the Terms and Conditions, Bonus Terms, Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming pages.

Account Registration
Eligibility and Age Verification

Registration Process and KYC

User Obligations and Account Security
- Accuracy of data: You affirm that all information you provide is true, complete and not misleading. Providing false or manipulated information, including forged documents, may lead to account closure, voiding of bets, and reporting to relevant authorities.
- Username and password: You must keep your login credentials confidential and not share them with any third party. You are responsible for all activity on your Account unless we have failed to exercise reasonable care in protecting your data.

Placing Bets and Gameplay
- Availability of funds: You may place bets only if you have sufficient available Real Money Balance or eligible Bonus Funds. If funds are insufficient, the bet will not be accepted.
- Minimum and maximum stakes: Each game has specified minimum and maximum bet amounts displayed in the game rules or paytable. You are responsible for reviewing these limits before playing. Cancellation and Modification of Bets

- Operator-initiated voiding: We may void or correct bets where:
- a game or round is affected by a technical malfunction, including hardware or software failure, network outage, or misconfiguration; or

- Game interruptions: If your game session is interrupted (for example due to loss of internet connectivity), the game state will, where technically possible, either (i) be completed by the system and the outcome applied to your balance, or (ii) be rolled back with the stake returned. The outcome visible on our servers is final.

- Respectful behaviour: You must treat other players, live dealers, and staff with respect. Abusive, racist, sexist, threatening, harassing, obscene, or otherwise offensive language or behaviour in chats, usernames or other communications is strictly prohibited.

Bonus Terms
General Bonus Conditions
- Separate bonus terms: All Bonuses, including the welcome bonus, free spins and ongoing promotions, are subject to these Terms and to the specific Bonus Terms and Conditions published at https://funs.casino/en/bonus-terms-and-conditions. In case of conflict, the specific Bonus Terms for a promotion will prevail for that promotion.
- Activation requirements: A Bonus may require:
- a minimum qualifying deposit (specified on the promotion page);
- entry of a bonus or promo code; and/or
- opting in via the cashier, promotions page or email link.
- Bonus and real money balances: Unless otherwise stated, your Real Money Balance is used for wagering before Bonus Funds. Winnings generated from Bonus Funds may be credited to a separate bonus balance and will become withdrawable only once all wagering requirements and conditions are met.
Wagering Requirements and Timeframes
- Wagering requirement: Bonuses usually carry a wagering requirement (for example a number of times the bonus amount and/or deposit amount) which must be completed within the timeframe specified in the relevant promotion. Until wagering is completed, you may not be able to withdraw Bonus Funds or winnings derived from them.
- Contribution of games: Different games contribute differently towards wagering requirements. For example, most slots may contribute 100%, while table games and live casino games may contribute a lower percentage or be excluded entirely. - Time limit: Bonuses and free spins are usually subject to a strict expiration period (for example a number of days from crediting). If the wagering requirement is not met within the specified period, the Bonus and any associated winnings may be forfeited.
Prohibited Deposit Methods and Bonus Abuse

- Prohibited play patterns: The following, among others, may be treated as bonus abuse and can result in removal of Bonuses and associated winnings:
- placing bets that exceed the maximum allowed bet per spin or round while a Bonus is active;
- using low-risk betting strategies (such as equal betting on red/black in roulette) primarily to clear wagering requirements;
- delaying or "banking" game features or free-spin rounds during real-money play and then activating them while a Bonus is active;
- creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion more than once.
- Combination of promotions: Unless expressly permitted, you may not combine multiple Bonuses or promotions at the same time. Acceptance of a new Bonus may cancel or replace an existing Bonus, as specified in the Bonus Terms.
Cancellation and Removal of Bonuses
- Player cancellation: Where the Website allows, you may choose to forfeit an active Bonus. If you do so, you will also forfeit any associated Bonus Funds and winnings that have not yet been transferred to your Real Money Balance.
- Operator removal: We may remove or adjust Bonuses and/or associated winnings if:

- Bank Transfer: minimum deposit typically £10, with processing times of approximately 1-3 Business Days depending on your bank; no Operator fees.

Withdrawals, Processing Times and Limits
- General rules: You may request withdrawals from your Real Money Balance at any time, subject to KYC and security checks. We may request documentation to verify your identity, address and payment method ownership before processing withdrawals.
- Method of withdrawal: In accordance with anti-money laundering regulations, withdrawals will, where possible, be processed back to the same payment method used for deposits, up to the total amount deposited via that method. Any remaining amount may be paid via bank transfer.

Refunds, Chargebacks and Malfunctions
- Refunds of deposits: Deposits are generally non-refundable once used for gambling. In limited circumstances (for example, if a deposit was made in error and has not been used), we may consider a refund at our discretion and subject to necessary checks.

Player-Initiated Closure

- Self-exclusion: If you wish to stop gambling for a defined period or permanently, you may request self-exclusion via the Website or by contacting support. Operator Suspension and Termination
